Cosmetology Manager Course

The purpose of the managers course is to give the student the knowledge and competency in the area of Salon Management and ownership.

Admission Requirements:

Student must be evaluated by the staff and pass an evaluation with a score of at least 50 points.

Advanced Techniques
Advanced hair analysis, Hair shaping, thermal techniques, blow drying, wave techniques, straightening techniques, advanced color and corrective color. 225

State Requirements (License)

The State Exam consists of a written exam only.

  1. A 10th grade or equivalent
  2. 300 clock hour in a licensed school
  3. A written exam of 60 questions, passed with a 75%

Applicant Must Provide:

  1. An education statement, or diploma
  2. One picture (2½ X 3½)
  3. If send with the Cosmetology application the fee is included.

Managers Graduation Requirements to Receive Diploma

The following are after completion of Basic Cosmetology Requirements.

  1. completed class portion with an 80 or better
  2. completed manager project
  3. all tuition or obligations paid in full, or arrangements have been made.
