Manicurist Course
We no longer offer the Manager portion of the Manicuring Course.
The manicuring course will give the students the knowledge to work in a licensed Beauty Salon or Nail Salon in the area of manicuring, hand and arm massage, pedicures, or artificial nails.

State Requirements (License)
The state exam consists of practical skills and a written test on the theory of manicuring. The applicant must be accompanied by a model for this exam.
Plus:
- 10th grade education or equivalent
- 200 hours in a State Approved school.
- Applicant must provide:
- An education statement (A1) or a diploma
- 1 Picture (2½ X 3½), must be recent, portrait type
- Money order or check for $39.00
Manicuring Graduation Requirement to Receive Diploma
- Complete state requirements for hours
- Completed senior requirements
- Completed class work with
- Practical: a C or better
- Written: 80 or better
- All tuition or obligations are paid in full, or arrangements have been made.
